BT - Advertising Packages That Are Not Available

Hi all.
Looking to switch my phone and broadband provider and came across an offer for BT Unlimited on uswitch (not in a fibre zone yet!) for £16 a month including evening calls plus line rental.
It would be discounted for 12 months at £8 then full price for 6 months with a £25 Sainsburys voucher
I tried to order online and it failed. Went through live chat and it failed and I was told my computer must be faulty and that it doesn't work with Firefox. 3 goes later I ring BT and ask them to do it for me.
I took a screenshot and saved it and asked someone to double check I hadn't misread it
Guy at BT says 'it's a fault on the system, you can't have it, we can't order it, sorry, bye' and hangs phone up.
Found it really irritating and very very misleading from BT to advertise this. No doubt there's some clause but can I force them or at least ask them to honour the advertised deal or is it a case of tough luck, complain to ASA?
