PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”) & ODDS:
Two (2) Grand Prizes will be awarded:
1 First Grand Prize Winner: A 4-day/3-night trip from April 26, 2013 check-in to April 29, 2013 check-out for two (2) to Conrad New York (single room/double occupancy), including round-trip business class air transportation for two (2) people from major airport nearest winner’s residence, and airport ground transfers in New York; If winner resides within a 100-mile radius of New York City, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence, unless the child or legal ward of winner (and at least 12 years of age) and must sign a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. If guest is child or legal ward of winner, winner must sign and return release on behalf of such child or legal ward; and Two (2) “Vesey” passes valid for select 2013 Tribeca Film Festival events held between April 26, 2013 and April 29, 2013. Use of each Vesey pass is subject to additional terms and limitations of the issuer, including, without limitation, that: (a) each Vesey pass is valid only during the date noted thereon; (b) each Vesey Pass allows the bearer (one person) access to official 2013 Tribeca Film Festival hospitality lounges, Tribeca Drive-In® events and Tribeca Drive-In® reserved seating, 2013 Tribeca Film Festival general public screenings including ticketed premiere events (excluding all RSVP events) and public panel discussions; provided, however, that admittance is not guaranteed for any such event(s). For the avoidance of doubt, Vesey passes are not valid for admission to 2013 Tribeca Film Festival opening night screenings or events and all other RSVP events (including galas, screenings, parties, etc.). Vesey passes have no monetary value and may not be resold.

Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Grand Prize ARV: $8,400 USD per prize. Actual retail value may vary depending on the location of winner’s residence and flight/transportation availability. Any difference between actual value and stated ARV will not be awarded. All travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor as Sponsor instructs the winner and must be booked no later than April 8, 2013. The Grand Prize is subject to the award carrier’s terms and conditions, including without limitation black-out dates, travel restrictions, and airline carrier/transportation restrictions. The provided airfare/ transportation and hotel accommodations will consist of business-class airfare/ transportation between a major airport near winner and a major airport near New York destination, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The dates of all travel and lodging accommodations will be arranged by Sponsor and are within its sole discretion, including the dates. Additional travel costs, tax, gratuity, meals, room service, souvenirs, security fees, gratuities, luggage fees, meals, ground transportation (except for New York airport transfers), incidental charges and any other additional costs or expenses (e.g., room service, meals, spa) not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner and travel companion must travel together on same itinerary. Trip must be completed as scheduled or prize shall be forfeited and Sponsor shall have no further obligation to winner. Winner and travel companion must possess and show valid travel documents prior to departure (valid photo ID, etc.). Travel companion must sign a liability/publicity release prior to ticketing. Once airline tickets have been ticketed, no changes will be permitted. Sponsor will determine airline, airports and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets or travel vouchers. All prizes are subject to the additional terms and conditions of the supplier or issuer.
Two (2) Runner-Up Prizes will be awarded:
Two (2) total winners each receive two (2) Be My Guest Certificates. Each Be My Guest Certificate is valid for one night of free lodging (one (1) standard room and corresponding taxes) at any Hilton Hotels & Resorts or Conrad Hotels & Resorts properties worldwide. The approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize is $380.00 USD. Any difference between actual value and stated ARV will not be awarded. The approximate retail value of all Runner-Up Prizes to be won is $760.00 USD. Certificates are redeemable for hotel reservations for two nights of standard hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy). Certificate is good from one year from the date of issuance. Prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner following one year of issuance. Travel must be coordinated by winner. Guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence, unless the child or legal ward of winner and must sign a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. If guest is child or legal ward of winner, winner must sign and return release on behalf of such child or legal ward. Redemption of the certificate is subject to hotel availability. All taxes and all other costs associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the winners. Major credit card may be required at hotel check-in to cover any incidental expenses. Winner must have all necessary photo ID, passports and other documents necessary for travel.
To the extent allowed by law, winner is solely responsible for the payment of any taxes that may be due as a result of the acceptance or use of any prize. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution by winners or cash equivalent is allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize for one of comparable or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Any dates are subject to change. Any prize is awarded “AS IS.” Neither Sponsor nor any other Promotion Entity makes any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied (including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) in connection with this Promotion or any prize. No responsibility is assumed for cancellation of any prize-related events beyond sponsor’s control.

I wonder if they anticpate this just being air travel from somewhere in America and not international?

Definitely not. On the landing page on FB it says:

Two Business class flights from anywhere in the USA or UK to New York
Two Vesey Passes to the 2013 Tribeca Film Festival for three days, giving access to most Festival screenings, subject to availability
Three nights accommodations at Conrad New York
