Hi I have the above account but am not able to find emails if do search as this has been happen for a while but when i check status it say all ok ? can any one help

According to Microsoft service status, hotmail is running normally. I'm not sure whether you are aware but hotmail will change to outlook. So it could be the case that MS is updating your account. If you can't still access those emails in after a while, you can report the problem to MS here https://status.live.com/report?productid=hotmail0
