Cut off by my telephone and broadband provider

I have been cut off without warning by my former telephone and broadband provider for being less than a week late paying my less than £20 monthly payment. Is this a record? Has anyone had a similar experience? I must add that my former provider did what they did a few days after I sent a Pre-Action Conduct letter to the big bosses.

According to your previous thread you have a direct debit set up to pay these charges so how come the payment was late?
