hi,
FD+
has anyone found a way to actually organise your accounts when using FD IB+?
i know you can order them in type of account, but then within each type (savings/current, cc etc) the order is completely random.
i had got used to the random order but today my Amex accounts needed an amendment following the Amex website update and in turn this has reordered everything in every section.
i realise this is a small issue but if ordering is indeed possible that would be great.
YBS/EMM
i gave up on this long ago as you couldnt enter login details for more than one of any given account.
eg. if you have 2 seperate Santander bank accounts, having entered the details for the 1st the ability to enter Santander again is removed from the drop down.
i have just tried it again and it appears to be still the same. am i missing something?
any comments/experiences shared appreciated.

YBS - I have several "multiple" logins for more than one account e.g. 2 nationwide logins, halifax, first direct since it used to be egg. So not sure if it was the migration which meant I retained ability for those logins (haven't added any multiples since then)0 -
I have given up on YBS EMM and FD+ and just use the native Accountunity service now. https://www.ewise.com.au/accunity/aa/home.asp
Means you have to enter all your login details again but I haven't looked back since I did that, shortly after the demise of EMM.0 -

well thats wierd then, i am an ex EMM user and cant see any way of adding the same institution twice, the used instutuon disapears from the drop down selection once i have used any one once.I have given up on YBS EMM and FD+ and just use the native Accountunity service now. https://www.ewise.com.au/accunity/aa/home.asp
thats great, i actually already use that for another, none financial use (multiple emails). dont want to use it within same login for both, i wonder if its possible for two instances of the programme to work on one PC?
i am thinking FD IB+ will do, i just like things in nice order and IB+ does freak me out sometimes with its messy non organised appearance

I don't know the answer to your question, sorry, but first direct has never been anything to do with egg.0 -

I just came across this issue with multiple logins not allowed for the same institution with YMM. I contacted Yorkshire and they confirmed that this restriction was set when they migrated the service over from Egg.
I still have multiple logins for many of the banks since they did not remove any when they migrated me over from EMM, they just prevent you from adding new ones.
I've complained about this but I doubt it will change in the near future. I will probably move over to accountunity.0 -
I have been using accountunity since back in February - - no probs with the exception of the two weekends when the site just went awol. Mind you, YMM was also unavailable then.
I find accountunity generally a great deal more usable than YMM.
But am still keeping my YBS Egg account for the Direct Debit :-)0 -
You're full of good ideas, I installed this today and it works a treat, many thanksI have given up on YBS EMM and FD+ and just use the native Accountunity service now. https://www.ewise.com.au/accunity/aa/home.asp.0 -
Accountunity also allows you to store your logins on a portable device (same encryption as on your PC). I keep meaning to try this out but haven't yet got round to it.0
