You don't seem to be appreciative of that fact. Also, it would help if you could try to be a bit more understanding of what it may feel like to be new to all this.0

The way it works is that you tell us what problem you are trying to resolve and we offer suggestions that may help. You're perfectly at liberty to stick firmly to the question you asked, which has been answered, but people on here are keen to help as much as they can and when information isn't readily given by the OP then a degree of cynicism on their motives creeps in. That may be misplaced, but with nothing to go on there's always speculation. Wild accusations against other posters tends not to help either

ILW, agrinnall & Poppie68, with all due respect, all I needed was a copy of the T&Cs from last year in case they had updated it since I bought the items. I hadn't managed to print off a copy or save it at that time. Wealdroam kindly assisted with that and I'm grateful for that help. If I was absolutely certain of any changes or modifications, I would have happily shared that information when I first posted on here so that it may help others. However, I would want to ensure I'm being absolutely correct & accurate in what I'm saying before doing so. I have yet to read through the copy. I hope this helps you to understand.0

You don't understand Member1, we're not asking you for the answer, we're offering to help you find the answer.
I am not aware that M&S has made any significant changes to their retail t&c's in the past year, they tend to be legally compliant and there have been no recent developments that they would need to update.
