hi
i opened a case through paypal for inr item posted last sunday seller says but apart from that not much help.
paypal have emailed saying seller has provided tracking no which is fad followed by some numbers.
can anyone tell me what that is? never heard of fad before. thankyou

Could they mean Fedex? Otherwise no idea. I would ask how they send it so you could try and track, as if it is just a fake one, you can then contact Paypal about it.

this is what it says-
Tracking Company: Royal Mail
Tracking Number: FAD: 269434
when i asked seller how it was sent he said 2nd class!
im confused

That's just a proof of postage with the local PO branch code. Not a tracking number.

dont wanna jump the gun but everything else has arrived and even my steelbook that was sent on the same day.

I'd phone PayPal and tell them that it is a fake number , they sometimes refund quickly if they think seller is being funny with the dispute.

FAD number is on all post office receipts. It's not a tracking number. It could be the seller just thinks that this is a tracking number rather than they are being deliberately deceitful.
