Undoubtedly went past time time limit and "High what ever" might write to me again!!
Gits didn't say "sorry to hear you have a broken leg" last time they wrote!!!
Went to T's today 2 hours parking I think, never really look at the signs!!
Anyway spent £75 and they had a few shelves empty so had to WALK to Sainsburys to buy the missing items.
Would it be a good defence, not my fault M'lud that T's had empty shelves, should I get a begging letter

I read that twice. It still make no sense to me!0

Why do you need a defence? This will never go to court, just ignore it if its your car. SimplesWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Dont waste a stamp+envelope+paper, if you can and you realy want to use e-mail, however the cheapest method is to simply ignore them. From the Plain Language Commission:
"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"0 -
Ignore them, chances of it heading to court with a high profile client is pretty much zero.
Although you could play the popla game if you wanted to0
