I have just had a letter from them today regarding a old motorbike I have got sat rusting in the back garden.
They saying I have to pay £80 immediately as I have ignored all letters from the DVLA, the thing is I have not seen one of these letters or any reminders come through the post
What sort of rights do I have as if I had received the letters i would of sorn it straight away
Thanks
