It might not be money saving in your opinion but i always have a stash of frozen chips in the freezer for cba days.
I'd rather spend the £1 or so on smart price chips than risk buying a take away when i can't be bothered to cook.
We all have off days, busy days.
Oh and not all of us have a fryer. No need to be so rude really.

They're not cheap but OP won't find any small bits in them they're ENORMOUS!!

I normally buy Morrisons crinkle cut 900g 2 bags for £1.50

or am persuaded by any offers.
