The last 3 days at 1330 the wireless on my home hub is "unavailable"
Cable connection is fine so the broadband is ok which I presume eliminates the filter on the main socket.. This is on multiple computers so its not the lappy's problem. Power saving is turned off on the hub so its not that. To get it restarted the reset button needs to be pressed. Any thoughts why this might be happening and more to the point a solution.

Check which channel the HH3 is using.
Do you have any other wireless devices (e.g. a wireless thermostat) that may be transmitting at the same time every day?
Maybe a neighbour's router is on the same channel and they're switching it on at 13:30 daily? How do I add a signature?0 -
Channel 1 at present. I will wait to see if it goes off again tomorrow at 1330 then change to channel 6 or whatever.
Neighbours router could easily be on same channel as they have HH3
Thats the only thing it could be as we are out in sticks so the chance of random machinery turning on at this time of day minimalised.
Thanks for the thoughts.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -
Install inSSIDer on a wireless laptop, monitor the channels at the time you get the problem. That gum you like is coming back in style.0

The neighbours set is hh2 and set on channel 10 and I am on channel 1 so should not clash. I'll set it going in the morning and see what happens at lunchtime.
