Printer Help Please

Hi I have a Epsom SX435W printer and its drving me :eek: I have been trying to print dd college work and it is continually saying load paper even though there is paper in the printer :eek: I have taken the paper out and re loaded several times I have even opened a brand new pack it makes a noise as if it is trying to feed the paper through but then comes up with the message. I have also noticed a few tines I used it before this happened when it was feeding the paper it was sort of like grabbing it so then the paper would come out printed lob sided and not straight. Could someone help before it goes through the window

sounds like you may have a small piece of paper stuck inside ? have you tried feeding a piece of card through -open the lid as you do it and you may see something stuck.

think they are only available weekdays tho -i found them very helpful when I had printer trouble
