hi all, just a quick query about benefits i feel i may recieve. i am an 18 year old male who has a mental disorder, as well as a claim for disability livin allowance, i also have a claim for incapacity benefit which i was told by a fone operator that i will probably not recieve. i am way to ill to work and just wondered what peoples views on whether i should recive ib are. please help me!!!

If you have not paid enough contributions you will have to put in a claim for Incapacity Benefit and for Income Support at the same time. You will then be turned down for IB and should get IS.Torgwen..........

Get in touch with somebody from DIAL or similar organisation. They will do an impartial benefits review to make sure you are getting all that you are entitled to. The address below will help you find a local office.
