TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The prize promotion is open to all UK residents aged 21 years or over

1. The prize includes flights and accommodation and will consist of:
   a) Two return economy flights to Los Angeles on Air New Zealand;
   b) A certificate for 5 nights accommodation in the Sunset Flat at The Redbury @ Hollywood and Vine; and
   c) Two tickets for and Front of Line tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood℠.
2. Prize conditions:
   a) Travel is valid for one year from I]1 March 2013 to 28 February 2014[/I and is subject to availability.
   b) Flight/ticket restrictions apply and, where available, any upgrades will be the responsibility of the winner.
   c) Travel to and from airports or places of departure is not included as part of the prize.
   d) The accommodation certificate:
   i) may only be used at The Redbury @ Hollywood and Vine location;
   ii) is on a self catering and no other meals are included;
   iii) has no cash value and will not be replaced if it is lost, stolen, destroyed, altered or used without the bearer’s permission;
   iv) the entire certificate must be used in one stay, and any remaining value will not carry over to another reservation; and
   v) Reservations must be made directly through the hotel reservation department and are subject to availability and blackout dates. Blackout dates include but are not limited to: 13-14 April, 25-28 April, 5-7 May, 11-12 June, 28 December – 1 January, 7-9 February.
   e) Travel insurance, valid visas (ESTA) and all necessary travel permits and requirements, such as having a valid and current passport with at least 6 months validity and inoculations, are the responsibility of the winner. Promoter and Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board are not responsible in any way for visas issued in the US or granting of immigration for the US.
   f) The cost of any meals not included as part of the prize and all other personal expenses, transport other than airport transfers, room service, spending money and any other incidentals are the responsibility of the winner.
   g) The prize will be issued by Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board (the “Prize Provider”). By entering this prize promotion, you agree that if you are selected as a winner, AOL (UK) Limited may pass the data submitted on your entry email to the Prize Provider who will issue you with your prize.
