The age of your accounts indicates lenders are likely to view you as higher risk
You are not on the Electoral Roll as a current occupant at your current address.

You have no successfully settled non-mail order accounts.0 -
What does it say in your contract about providing a car for work? If your employer needs you to visit clients, they should provide a car for that purpose. On £13K, they should not be expecting you to pay for an expensive car to carry out their business!
Is there a pool car you could use or could they get you a hire car? If you do use your own car, do you have business insurance and do they pay you the HMRC recommended rate (45 pence per mile).0 -
Not being on electoral roll will play against you quite considerably with some lenders....contact your local council to register....and you should be on it within 8 to 12 weeks....0

Tbh, unless you can borrow the cash from a friend or family member I think you'll have to forget about a loan and this car......
Like another poster, I am slightly baffles as to how a company can pay you just slightly over NMW and spect you to use, and pay for, your own car to use to conduct company business. Do you get a car allowance on top of your salary?
As it looks like a no go and you say you really need the car then perhaps find another dealer and try a finance package. I've heard hey are more lax than loan providers.
And in the meantime get on the electoral register an pay off your credit card ASAP!0 -
Hi, TY all for the replies. My employer pays me 45p per mile but no car allowance. I only do an average of 100 miles per month for him.0

To put your needs into perspective I earn 48000 a year, My car cost me £1700. That is what I could afford. It works fine.0
