IVA with RBS One Account
Hi,
I am hoping someone can answer my question on here before I have to ring rbs... I have been in touch with payplan to try and get in control of my debts and I told the lovely man that I am interested in going into an iva because I like the idea of being debt free at the end of a certain time... I am also quite aware of the pitfalls and the damage this will do to my credit file and I am not going into this as lightly as I might sound. Anyway sorry for going on but the man at payplan said he is not sure if I would be allowed to enter an iva because my mortgage is a rbs one account... And i am now waiting till Monday for him to speak to his team lead. Has anyone got any ideas about this. Thanks in advance
