Non paying bidder! Again..

Always a regular on ebay but sold something the other day and the winning bidder emailed me this message:
sorry i do not wish to purchase this keyboard because i have purchased a different keyboard. sorry if this has caused you any inconvinience. sorry
When i clearly stated in my auction in big bold red letters DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU INTEND TO BUY.
Just the nerve of some people is unbelievable, another non paying bidder to add to my list.

that is quite bad.
you should not even have to state to only bid if you intend to buy as that is the whole point.
at least you get to give bad feedback!'What's poignancy grandad?'

yeah i no its crazy, but the buyer can leave bad feedback which is just stupid0

Go through the non bidding process to get your fees back then neg their !!!!!!!0

AGreed, definitely go down the NPB route that does more damage to the non payer than a neg. Three NPB strikes and they lose their account.

I would of emailed them back explaining the costs (never mind the flippin' inconvienence!!) and ask them to pay for the listing fees at the very very least!"There are no pockets in a shroud..."0

If buyers consecutively receive 3 strikes in 6 months period, buyers will lose their accounts at that time - suspension!!!
The strikes don't expire after 6 months they stay for ever. So anyone seriously thinking of staying on ebay for a long while cannot afford strikes on their main account.
Until the buyer gets NARUD they can still leave feedback though.
