I find if I log in before entering it goes through with no problems.

I have this problem each time I try to enter their comps. I've contacted them previously several times & they ignore my emails but I've tried again today to see if they'll respond. They have some great prizes but I can never enter

I have never been able to enter a Channel 5 comp so I took Gav's advice and created a new profile with another email address and entered with no problem, thanks Gav x

Chrome did not work but I think I have entered ok on FF

I think they have lost some of their database, either cleaning it up or by accident...ifyou edit profile you might find you don't have one, which would explain the error. A new reg solved it for me.

I registered again and logged in and still it keeps saying whoops after I submit :mad:
