you probally have heard this alot
but i recently made a purchase online for a dress and a week later no dress
ive sent them several messages and to no avail
then today i noticed there was a landline no on my automated-email when i made the order and its an old man at a residential address his address is completely different to the address on their website !!!
im so frustrated
i paid by visa electron and used verified by visa
please help

Contact bank and you can action a chargeback for non reciept. you do have to allow 15 days from date of debit before the chargeback can be actioned.
VbV makes no diffrence. That is just aditional security for the company agaist fraud... They pay extra for that.Never ASSUME anything its makes a>>> A55 of U & ME <<<0
