It's a misunderstanding on what a credit card is. You owe them money. If you don't want to owe them money any more, you have to pay it back first. If you don't pay it back or pay it back late they have to let the CRAs know

I have a pretty good idea of what they think when they see you in the branch. And it's nothing to do with coffee. I have an opinion already and i've never met you.
