Outlook Express Help?!

Hi,
You've been extremely helpful on here when I've posted in the past. Now I'm hoping you might be able to help my Dad! He's using Outlook Express on Tiscali dial up (lives in the middle of nowhere so can't get broadband!) and is having problems retrieving his emails. It may well be because I tried to send him a rather large photo attachment and now it keeps crashing his PC! I've recalled the message I sent to him, but that doesn't seem to have had any effect (and I haven't received a message to say that it has been successfully recalled). Does anyone know whether there's a way to cancel your incoming messages or something to stop his computer hanging everytime he opens up Outlook Express?
Many thanks in anticipation!

You can't recall the large e-mail that you have sent him but you could tell him to log-in to the Tiscali web-based e-mail and remove the large problem e-mail from his inbox i.e. move it to another folder. OE should then work again. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0
