Which student card is best?

On researching for my yr 12 daughter i understand there are a few different types of student cards. Can you please advise which one is best for offers and cost please?

As your daughter is only 12 many of the cards will not be available to her as they are for 16+ or University students.

If you are talking of a bank card, then some of the banks will offer a solo card which is like a debit card, with a limit per day and no overdraft facility.

As for discount cards then there will not be many available - perhaps ask at the school to see if they have any local arrangements.

Daughter is in year 12 which means 16/17

Honestly I never got any good deals at that age... She can probably get an NUS card through her college. You have to pay for it. She can see what places accept it online and compare that to the cost, see if she will get good value from it.
