don't seem to want to refund me or respond for a non-delivery!
9 Jan I purchased an item, total £17.98, by Visa debit card registered with them.
14 Jan received "your item has been dispatched", "usually delivered within 5 days" e-mail.
25 Jan, 28 Jan and 4 Feb sent messages through their website advising non delivery. Received automated reply to each - "we will investigate with our couriers" etc..
Also 'phoned their CS on 4 Feb as getting tired of automated responses. I was told that a claim form would be sent to me within 7 days. No form received.
Sent a letter on 15 Feb to their P.O. box CS address. No reply as yet.
I suspect I'm just being fobbed off and ignored in the hope it will go away. I know it's not a massive sum of money but I don't have it and they do!
Should I try one more letter to their registered office, 'phone call(0844 number) or just contact my bank (LTSB) to initiate a chargeback?
Wasn't sure which section to post this but I suppose it is a warning about shoddy aftersales and CS.

    Hi

    We have been buying from Price Drop for many years and only once {last year had the same problem as you {non delivery, but it was due to the parcel leaking and were informed by our courier that it was being returned from their depot} We waited for replacement and after a month phoned CS to find out what had happened, like you we were told a claim form would be sent but did not arrive so a few weeks later we phoned CS again and explained the situation, the young lady put us on hold for a few mins and when she retuned said that a straight refund would be done straight away {and it was}
    I would suggest to keep phoning and in the end it should be sorted
