try e2save.com, they charge you full price but you get cashback, i've been thinking about using them recentely but if you look around there's been a few stories about being refused cashback for sending in the wrong bill if you buy near the end of the month :S so you'd have to read this stuff and make a judgement on it.

I couldn't find the w800i (i didn't look much though) but in their clearance section they have the w810i (same phone i believe but merely in black instead of white and orange)

first option is 12month on o2, 9 months at 1.99/month and th efinal 3 at 30/month, effective cost £8.99/month

I'm sure if it's strictly the white phone yu want it'll be on there somewhere aswell
