Hi,
Having huge problems with CEX still. To make a long story short, so I *have* to return to the store I bought it from or can I post to their head office? They are saying no but the store is a 3 hour round trip away and this will be my fifth visit to resolve issue with faulty phone. ive been fighting them for months over this and im at the end of my tether
It has cost me more in petrol than the phone is worth.

Why can't you post the handset to the store? Previous thread suggests they are franchises so Head Office is no use

If you have already written letters of complaint with no result, you could send them a letter before action detailing your losses to date including petrol and any postage and threatening a small claims action in the county court.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0 -
I'd be careful posting it back, in these types of situations things have a tendency to go missing (even if tracked) and it will just prolong the agony.0

OP, it's not CEX's problem that you chose to purchase from a store so far away from home. Post the the item back to the store by recorded or special delivery and make sure they cover the costs.0
