Seriously - if you think shop staff can be a bit awkward, you should try some of the customers !
Especially the ones that think they're above the 'brain dead' that work in customer service!
My GF's a manager at Tesco and she has to put up with some right pains! Makes them feel good though; horrible little men that think they're something special!
