Does it take for money to be paid into your account after the loan application? I have just been on moneysupermarket for the best quote (which is virgin) and want to apply. I want to start looking for a car but don't want to start too soon if the money hasnt gone in. Thanks in advance.

Thanks everyone. I have applied online one with moneyback (alliance and leicester, they were offering the best deal) I am just waiting for the paperwork to come through to sign and send back. So hopefully not too lonf after that.

I have opted out of the insurance though, it was £23 a month. that would have come to more than the interest i would be paying!!!!!
