Need help!

I have bad story with Barclays Bank .Maybe some people help me?
3weeks ago Barclays bank staff stolen my identity(adress,security answer,mail,pnone number) After this tried call barclays fraud department,but dont reconected to department.I going to police station to report about this about fraud from Barclays.my report dont accepted.1 week after i going to Barclays branch to receive bank card.barclays staff give me strange card.(with this card in atm after puting all number not only my pin ,possible check account end cash out money.) End i am worried about my signature what i puted for receiving this card.(maybe not only for card receiving).next day i canceled card.going to 3 police station for reporting crime with my account.report dont accepted dont get references number.Now Barclays bank want quiet crime end fraud.i now exactly from my bank account stolen money end possibly puted overdraft.now Barclays dont wanted send me statement to home,tried received in branch dont give me.Barclays dont wanted send debit card to home or give me in branch.end i tried cash money with accounter in branch not possible.not possible used online banking .(error)
going to police to report about stolen identity end stolen money from bank account.report dont accepted.now in branch if i ask statement or wanna cash,or debit card ask two id with proof about address.(i dont have two id now if my other id in home Latvia)Barclays bank with metropolitan police doing all for quiet crime fraud end corruption inside police end Barclays bank.i now if i dont getted references number about stolen money in 60 day after crime,i loose possibility get insurance from Barclays.ANY HELP WELCOME!!!!

I think there is probably a language barrier between you and the staff.

Do you have an English friend you could take to the branch to discuss this for you?

no.its not language problem.be with friend.dont give any about account not possible check transaction from account.

I have twigged what has happend here.....

You have fallen for the scam....

You were NOT contacted by Barclays or Visa or who ever they said they were.
You were contacted by fraudsters. They then get you to call your bank, but you are NOT you are talking to them as they never ended the call.

I think the issue you face here, is your english is not very good. DO you know someone that can assist you in reporting this to the police and can explain the situation for you.
Failing that report to Action Fraud Which you can do online.

In effect you have passed all your details to the fraudsters. I do not get why the police will not take your report, because I know they have been out to other people's houses when this has happened.

or 08700 104 503.i speaking with some staff.
maybe police dont take my report if receiv money from some wealthy man.i have personal problem with some reach man.this man wanna if i be poor without money for life without apartment in my country.end now i now exactly sometimes uk police working not for government but for other people who pay...

Errmmm........Maybe Police corruption is rife in your country of origin, but not here. Well, at least not in the way you are talking about.

Be sensible - I think it's pretty doubtful that the rich man has paid off half of the police force in your area - you said you went to several police stations. As far as I'm aware you need to speak to your bank about this first, rather than the police. Go into a branch rather than calling them though, it will probably make communication easier.

4 metropolitan police station in London different 5 times tried report.going to 4 barclays branch different city uk.same result.not first year in uk, before dont have problem with communicatin in branch.
