PCN'S and postal redirection
I have just realised that I never posted the form to change my address on my license and car registration certificate.
Im now worried that I may have tickets pilled up at my old address.Because im not sure if they will reach my new address if they do not redirect.
Is there anyway I can find out whether any tickets have been issued.

You need to notify them of your change of address. I would grovel a bit as if they were so inclined they could instigate some sort of offence for not telling them earlier. I am sure that any tickets will find their way to you all too quickly!0
