I recently bought kitchen cupboards and doors from The Solid Wood Kitchen Company also known an Interior Designs of Rossendale.

Even after receiving many replacement units, the quality is absolute garbage, in my opinion and there is quite a lot of damage. They won't refund. Found it impossible to get through to customer services; so far they've only responded to letters and court threats.

I hope the Sale of Goods and Services Act will win through as I've now filed in small claims court for a refund.
