I was interested to catch a piece of a TV program about court bailiffs last week.
They were going to collect £41k from Churchill insurance after a high court judgement. They paid up but wouldn't do it in front of cameras!0 -
Technically speaking they were probably High Court appointed sheriffs rather than bailiffs. They tend to have more powers and chase judgements more vigorously.I was interested to catch a piece of a TV program about court bailiffs last week.

Agree with previous posters about having day in court and possible counter suit...these people have no qualms about bullying...make them look stupid. It'll be character building for them.0
