Using Laptop to Connect to internet

Hi can anyone give me some advice please
I am able to access the internet on my laptop through on my mobile phone as they are bluetooth enabled. What I wanted to ask is what is the best way to do this I have been reading about the 3G broadband data card on Vodafone and also the walk n web on t mobile
Any advice on the best method to use, for ease of access and also cost would be most appreciated.
Currently I am on PAYG vodaphone on my mobile

Definately wouldnt do this on PAYG, would be far too expensive! Do you have a budget / idea of how much bandwidth you would get through in a month?0
