Printed Football Shirts

Hi I need to get some footbal shirts for our new team. The shirts need to have the logo printed in full colour on the front ideally (which needs to be permanent) and also a number on the back which will be different for each shirt. I would appreciate if anybody could give me any ideas where I can get them from and also advise which may be the best type of printing, I have spoken to some local company's ll recommend different types of printing, from embroidery, vinly lettering and transfers.
