SCS sofas - price guarantee

My sister bought some sofas for her house in December from SCS, which she hasn't taken delivery of yet as her house is not ready until July. At the time of purchase, the sales person guaranteed the price would not drop and put a price guarantee on the suite. The credit agreement was signed on a 2 year interest free period.

However in April, the price of one of the sofas went down and was available on 3 years interest free. When she went to get this sorted, the sales person said that although they would honour the price guarantee, they could not give her the 3 years interest free period.

In the current bank holiday sales, the sofa has gone down yet again but available on 6 months interest free. When she went to get this sorted, she was told by the manager, that they would only honour the price guarantee on the 6 month interest free terms.

Does the price guarantee allows the seller to change the credit terms for their benefit. Does she have any right to cancel the whole sale as she has not yet taken delivery, and SCS have not even ordered the suite as she didn't want delivery of it until July.
