Wiring a new main oven thermostat

I'm trying to replace a 46THC15/F5 main oven thermostat with a ET51001/J5 thermostat (We did order a ET51001/F5 but got sent the J5 model).
The new thermostat came with no wiring instructions so any help would be much appreciated.
Here's a sketch of the available wiring & terminals;

Update
Connecting the Timer to A and the element to B seems to work but with the fan does not work when connected to C and only works until a certain temperature is reached inside the oven when it is connected to B.

You may have resolved your problem now but I wondered Did you contact the suppliers to see if they can help you?0 -
Not resolved, did contact the seller but we still haven't had a reply0

Unfortunately this is the only image of the instructions that I can find, it seems that there are 4 set up scenarios

With everything I've seen it would appear that the black & brown wires connect to B, the grey wire connects to A and the red wire connects to C. However, it seems like the terminals marked C do not work as anything connected to those spades have no power (even with the dial in an 'on' position and the timer set).
We're returning the thermostat and replacing the oven - thanks anyway.0
