just an update for all.

Primus have resolved my query with extreme courtesy and helpfulness. Happy to follow our conversation up with an email which arrived 10 mins after the call. Oliver at newcall was brilliant and we had a good customer service chat!!

Hats off to the team there and Elliot for being on the forums and helping.

5 stars from me for customer service :T
