Thanks LTF for the thread. Just wanted to say that Quidco have tracked my 12 pack Walkers crisps that are 1/2 price in T's Expresses so it does work in Express stores too:T:T

I bought the andrex & Hovis but only ticked the Andrex box on quidco and it will not let me upload the receipt again.

Do you think they will pay for both?

Give them an email about it and I'm sure they will sort it out. I had 2 lots of hovis on one receipt and emailed them about it and they said I'd get cash back for both. But your situation is slightly different so just email them.

Do Quidco flip a coin to decide whether to accept/reject clicksnap claims? :mad: They don't bother to put a reason for declining in the message box & won't even let me upload the receipt again.

Not feeling too confident about using them now, have others had issues too? Ending up spending more on shopping as a result of these failed claims.

If you read your e-mails you'll find out why it's been declined.

If you upload a receipt and it happens to be declined, it will automatically show on your ClickSnap activity on Quidco as declined. In addition to this we send you an email explaining exactly why we have had to decline your upload. The email will be sent to the email address which you signed up to Quidco with.

two of mine have been declined, no reasons given, no emails received

could anyone tell me if i can view the quidco snap offers on my mobile as i cannot find it via quidcos app on my phone

can you all stop arguing about this please as the thread will become useless for finding the info. I've asked a BG or the forum team to clear out the non-related posts so we can see the deals again.
