Only if the same product has a cashback offer on it over all three cashback sites and is a low value item to begin with I'd imagine.

I don't think there are any such items at the moment though.

Hi Poppea, when your receipt goes to confirmed it should show the two items or at least that is what happened with mine. hth

Has anyone had items coming back as ineligible? I posted 2 offers on quidco the 3 oat so simple and the buy three hovis loaves and they both came back as ineligible items. On both I bought the required number of items but on two receipts do you think that is the problem?

Thanks Looie for your response. I actually got in touch with them via the website. They apologised for the mistake and said they would add the item within a few days which will show up as a "goodwill gesture". I'm glad I didn't wait the full 14 days to get in touch with them. I'm interested now to see what happens with the coffee my OH bought.

so you bought 2 loafs on one receipt and the other loaf on another? :S
if so then yes that would be the problem.

if not then quidco are just being:mad::mad::mad::mad: and resubmit or email them.

I've just uploaded a receipt via the Shopitize website, it's showing as 'Retailer not recognized'. Has this happened to anyone else? Should I delete it and try uploading it again?

It looks fine on the website so i'm confused. Any ideas?
