I've emailed them a couple of times clicksnap@quidco.com with receipt ID and they have responsed within 48hours, might be a bit longer over weekend but both times they sorted it out, good luck

I got my Tesco receipt declined for Thursday last week yesterday. I said to resubmit the receipt which I did but some of the others on the list have now gone. Quidco seem very slow to check receipt, TCB do it the day past few weeks for me same with Shopitize

The receipt I sent was the full receipt high quality taken with a 11mb camera and then I edited any background from where I took photo

Also Shopitize dont see to like the product description on Morrisons receipt for Phildeia with Cadburys the recipt shows as Philly light choc. Tried in it several times now with phone and using a camera with good quality jpeg

Oh no! That's infuriating... I only look at the websites late in the evening, I can't access them and don't have a smartphone. Do they update daily - are the adjusted offers, like this one, amended at the same time each day?

OK, that's really annoying - I bought the Millicano last week, and didn't submit it yet because the expiry date had a while to go. Really quite annoyed about that!

I have a suggestion for the google doc document, is it better to sort the offer according to the expiry date, i.e. closer to expiry dates at the top so we all could notice it before it expires! thanks a lot mate :-)

The same when they ended the jaffa cakes one early,I upload receipts as soon as I'm back home now.

I did the same with the jaffa cakes on Topcashback last week and only noticed after it had expired but I sent an email as I was annoyed about the changing dates and attached the receipt and I was paid. Worth a try.

I'm a bit lost with the Ben & Jerrys - it's on the list twice with both £1 & £2 cash back from quidco, but I can only see that you get £1. Is the £2 offer from somewhere else & what's the best deal please?

Sorry my mistake (I'm sure I had fixed it the other day!!:o:o)

£1 cashback only.
However if you buy from sainsbury's 2 for £6 you will be able to get £2 cashback.

The best deal is Morrisons at £2.25 ish atm. Or the selected £2 ones at Tesco ( that's if you can find them)

Hi, good idea. I'll think about it

I'm trying to make it so deals which only have a short expire date are at the top like the Quality street and Milk Tray currently.

Plus the News bit at the top for anything exiting:o or if the deals are currently changing over soon etc..:cool:
