I thought it was one account per person NOT household. How would they know that the 2 accounts are in the same household, as I haven't entered the address details. And also, why have they not declined other products that I've bought too?

It just seems completely random and doesn't instill me with much confidence in TCB.

Picked up a 10 pack of Happy Eggs at Asda today for £2. So with cb will be £1.30!

Anyone with the email I had about the shopitize cheques I've just spoken to them they are changing banks and will be soon hopefully offering bacs and if your cheque bounces don't worry they will sort it just get in touch with them.
I've now found all my last three receipts have uploaded and been correctly read within a minute added to my balance so its defiantly getting better.
Tip try and separate off the cash-back stuff and get a separate receipt

Hi folks, I'd like to ask a question which I can't find the answer to.

My first quidco clicksnap receipt from the 26th has just changed to confirmed. Checking what confirmed means by pressing the information symbol next to it says that the cashback transactions can now be seen in the drop down.

But where is the drop down they mention? There's nothing showing up on the activity bar for CB from instore purchases.

Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

There's a small green circle with an arrow in it next to the date of the transaction, click on that and it will show the item you have claimed. The status next to the item may show as 'Tracked' and the amount due will not actually be credited to your account until this shows as 'Confirmed' aswell. Hope that makes sense.

This is what I'm seeing when I look at my clicksnap activity, no sign of the green circle though. Am I just being impatient? Sorry for the questions, still getting my head around quidco and it helps to have a real life human to speak to about it x

Oh i'm puzzled aswell then! Although maybe it takes a little while to show the green circle bearing in mind it has only gone to 'Confirmed' earlier today. I'm sure it will right itself.
