Aaagh .... !!
Anyone else had too much tracked on Quidco?! I scanned the top of my receipt, then the bottom (so the middle was shown twice - thought that would prove to them it was 2 halves of the same receipt - then uploaded both to Quidco, ticking the Ben & Jerry's (2 bought) & the Eggs (1 box bought). And they've tracked 3 B&J's & 2 boxes of eggs. Is this a problem?
I then scanned the same receipt, but folded, as instructed for TCB, then uploaded it 7 times, ticking the box then uploading the same folded receipt scan for each of the 7 products I'd bought. The first has gone to payable, the other 6 products are all still Pending, with Purchace Amount listed as 0.00. Have I got this all wrong? Is there a way to upload the receipt just once, then tick or list all the cashback products on it?
Have I got problems on either of these, or will it all get sorted out if I sit tight & wait?0 -
A word of warning about combining the Sainburys A and B sides into a single jpeg - I've just had one declined by Quidco because "There are multiple receipts in the uploaded image".

I got three identical Ben & Jerry's 500ml tubs on Saturday, the only items claimable on that receipt, and today Quidco shows £2.00 tracked. I'd emailed Support to ask how to process claims for multiple purchases, as it wouldn't upload the same receipt a second time, and got a reply yesterday saying if three tubs showed on the receipt they would pay three lots of cashback. Apparently not that simple, I've just emailed them again.
Millicano and Coca Cola 2x 2l bottles on a separate receipt, still showing as processing - I confused that one by ticking Ben&Jerry's in error, before uploading the correct receipt with the ice cream on. Have explained in email and hope it will be ok. I do prefer the option to claim more than once, it's pretty restrictive on TCB.
ETS thinking about WarriorPrincess's point about photos, I think the 'processing' receipt photo may not be acceptable. I took several and now can't remember which one I actually used, but none are good. Are we supposed to tick the items before taking the photo?0 -

I got that too - but a short message to support (https://www.quidco.com/support/) sorted it out in no time.Mark Hughes' blue and white army0 -
I've just noticed on my TCB account that my cashback has been declined for the petit filous and weetabix.
I bought 2 lots of the exact products within the dates specified and uploaded within the correct timeframe too. I had 2 receipts, one for OH's TCB account and one for mine. His is showing as payable but mine has been declined!
Has anyone else had this happen?0 -

I don't think you are allowed to use different accounts for your household - check the terms and conditions but I think you'll find thats whyNot really comping any more as too ill - but hoping to win £1000+ in 2017 in cash prizes - watch this space!0 -
TCB say in their T&C
One account is allowed per UK resident. That person must be living in the UK to qualify for an account and receive cashback from our advertised merchants. This is a condition that many of our merchants insist upon.
