Thanks for replies. Below is part of an email reply Shoptize finally sent me. It appears they have a bug:

Although your receipts came across to us on the app, the claims for the offers which should have been attached to the receipt got lost on the way. This is a bug which we’re aware of and are working to fix as quickly as possible.
Please could you try clearing the Shopitize app data to prevent this from happening again in future. To do this, go to Settings (on the phone, not in the app) → Applications → Shopitize → Clear Data.
Uploading from a PC is a feature we’re considering for the future, so please look out for announcements of that, and thanks for the feedback – it helps us to make these decisions as to what to prioritise for the future.

I've emailed them to ask further clarification on 'Clear Data':

Do you mean clear data or cache? If I choose data the phone threatens to permanently delete all files, settings, accounts, databases etc.

If I get a reply I post it.

    Finally got this reply:

'Yes please delete all data for the Shopitize app.

This will mean you will need to log in again, however your rewards are stored on our server here rather than on your device, so nothing will be lost.'

Some Shopitize users have been sent a trial offer for Subway - does anyone know if you have to buy a meal or is it just crisps and anything else? The T&Cs are very unclear...

Re Phileas Fogg offer on Clicksnap - shows £1 cashback Tesco or Asda or Morrison. It also shows as a separate offer of £2 cashback Sainsbury's or Waitrose.

So does this mean a total of £3 for two bags (providing bought at correct different store etc.,) or is it one bag with either £2 or £1 cashback?

I've already claimed for them from Asda so that is showing as 'Redeem 0 times' on the website but the £2.00 cashback when purchasing from Sainsburys/Waitrose is showing as 'Redeem 1 time' so I would take that as you can claim both.

Quidco have told me that both the £1 and £2 offers can be claimed as separate offers.
