Does anyone knoe if I can use an online shop receipt to claim cash back please?

Thanks for replies. Below is part of an email reply Shoptize finally sent me. It appears they have a bug:

Although your receipts came across to us on the app, the claims for the offers which should have been attached to the receipt got lost on the way. This is a bug which we’re aware of and are working to fix as quickly as possible.
Please could you try clearing the Shopitize app data to prevent this from happening again in future. To do this, go to Settings (on the phone, not in the app) → Applications → Shopitize → Clear Data.
Uploading from a PC is a feature we’re considering for the future, so please look out for announcements of that, and thanks for the feedback – it helps us to make these decisions as to what to prioritise for the future.

I've emailed them to ask further clarification on 'Clear Data':

Do you mean clear data or cache? If I choose data the phone threatens to permanently delete all files, settings, accounts, databases etc.

If I get a reply I post it.

Ive managed to do this with sainsburys online shopping as the receipts look like the ones you get in the shops.

Can you claim twice with the same receipt
Or
Do you have to buy it twice and upload a different receipt for each site.

Just bought the Seabrook crisps uploaded to C.O.smart and now found them on clicksnap

The Butterkist sweet popcorn is 70p cb on shopitize and 74p in Tesco. (According to my supermarket) so 4p per bag isn't bad:)
