That won't be a reason for them to decline it. Receipts often have odd descriptions of items, but they seem to know what they are.

Well they declined it this time :(

The other 2 offers were accepted at least

Email them and push it. You've bought the product, you cannot help what the receipt says. I've never had that problem before. My last receipt said 'Sea Salted', when I bought Salt and Red Wine Vinegar flavour. That's the one they've just accepted.

Just noticed a new message on the account balance screen in COS: Payments of up to £19.99 incur a transfer fee of 5%, but payments of £20.00 or more incur no fee.

Just updated the app so that might have been what the update was for.

Thanks for the info, typical I claimed my money £19.29 at the weekend and got an email yesterday afternoon to say it has now been transferred, wish I had waited and not lost the 5%. Can see it now says that on my app so it must have updated as I am sure it wasn't there last time I looked.

I have emailed them re the free water I got for choosing a World Cup Winner as that has been turned down, hopefully they will tell me why as they are very vague and dont always give a reason for turning it down. Its still showing on my app as a valid offer, so no idea whats going on.

With regard to the buy 1 and get 50p for the 5 shops of £5+, I claimed the first week it was on the app the 5 times and then when the offer was supposed to expire it changed again with another 6 days so I claimed again as I saw it as a different offer, but got turned down. Its now been changed again for another 6 days. Can you only claim the 5 times no matter how many times they keep changing the dates or has anyone claimed from each time they update the offer?

I do find their offers can be confusing, I find Shoptize much easier to understand as at least once you claim it disappears from your app.

In the Coupons thread: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=65840636&postcount=216, there is a printable 50p off Seabrook Lattice crisps (via Facebook) which can be combined with the £1 off from Checkoutsmart or Clicksnap. Crisps currently £1 T's or A's.

have you brought the crisps with the new code and had it accepted having brought them last week using the england code by any chance?
i ask as i brought them last week but they kept rejecting my receipt.i had a exchange of emails with them and they said it was because i had claimed for lattice crisps previously weeks ago!!yet i have had the matchday email but i dont want to buy them if i`m not goin to get the cashback as i already have a few packs of seabrooke crisps.:D

I didn't redeem it because I never got to a store before the code expired. I had bought them before when on offer and it was accepted, I wish the offer would disappear once it's been redeemed.
Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.

Quidco this morning before I logged in did not show the Whiskas offer at all
but when I logged in on my Q it shows as £2 cashback. I then tried OHs - barely uses his and it only shows £1 for Whiskas :(

Ive got 4 versions of seabrooks offers but I am very confused as to which shops stock which brand and which ones are worth getting for cashback - please has anyone any advice?
