I'm still waiting to hear whether they've approved the cashback for my Seabrook Lattice crisps after entering the code to get a free pack. Haven't had an email to say they've been rejected or processed.

I had Seabrook Lattice before but I thought this was a separate offer.

I'm in the same boat,I haven't heard either way but I haven't even claimed them before.

I found an enquiry form on their desktop website so I filled that out. Will let you know what happens. Annoying as I paid £1.99 for the second pack and would never have paid that if I knew I wasn't going to get them for free.

The lattice crisps have now dropped in price to £1 in Tesco and Asda, not showing as if on offer though, only Sainsbury seem to have them at full price now. I also got them last week and they sent me the email to get them again and now wondering whether to bother if they are turning people down. Got turned down for the free water they offered me, no idea why, I need to query that one with them.

Does anyone know how long it takes to get your money once you have requested it? This is the first time I have requested payment, I added my paypal address before requesting at the weekend and its still showing as payment requested.

I've claimed 3 times for the Seabrook Lattice Cut crisps through Checkoutsmart, the latest being today (using MATCHDAY code). The previous claims went through fine so it will be interesting to see if I receive this one aswell after reading others comments. It's a separate offer so i'm not sure how it can be invalid, there are no T&Cs saying you can't claim again using a different code/separate offer.

With regard to receiving payment, i've only made one claim so far but I received the Paypal payment the same day.

I bought the Cheese & Onion flavour Lattice crisps which showed as 'red onion' on my receipt at Tesco.

Will COS pay up?

They might pay up yet, we will see. I will certainly be chasing them if not!

That won't be a reason for them to decline it. Receipts often have odd descriptions of items, but they seem to know what they are.

Stop press! COS have approved the two receipts I queried! So got £1.99 for the Seabrook Lattice crisps and that's the second time I've bought them - on separate offers.

Just had my Seabrook Lattice Cut crisps (3rd time) processed :beer:

I haven't had any rejections for anything yet, probably shouldn't speak too soon though! I wonder what the reasons are for other people's claims being denied, it's strange.
