A couple of people asked about this on the Quidco thread, the rep said less retailers are offering check-ins, preferring in store cash back instead.

Hmm interesting, I used the check in option but got annoyed when it would tell me I wasn't in the store when I was, found that very frustrating
Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time

However I think quite a lot of premium customers who didn't get this offer will be a little annoyed to be frank.

A little? More like a lot!

This is the 3rd targeted offer which I have not been sent. I wonder who these targeted customers are - if they are not premium members then I give up!

QUIDCO REP - kindly tell me how I go from being a premium member to a normal member as I will not be wasting £5 again next year. Please let me know as soon as you can so I can switch my account or better still, just claim all my put all my cashback through to my bank account and then close my account down full stop. Thanks.

Me too! I haven't been using the app for that long so only managed a couple of check ins before they disappeared but it hardly ever worked. If it wasn't saying 'you're not in the store' it was saying there was 'a connection problem' when there was nothing wrong with either the 3G or wi-fi signal. It worked from outside the shop sometimes so I would just stand there and keep trying until it decided to work or I just gave up!

    Hi,

The mince pie offer is targeted to specific Quidco members only, which is why some of you aren't able to see it.

I hope this doesn't cause too much disappointment. We are always adding lots of new offers to the ClickSnap pages so make sure you keep an eye on them for future deals :-)

    Rose

It does cause a lot of disappointment. :(

It will tell you your anniversary when you can downgrade. If you have not made any purchases since that date you can downgrade.

It should be noted that Terrys Milk Chocolate Orange 175G is £1 in tesco now (not £1 in asda anymore - £1.50)

cashback from Quidco - 15p (ends today)
    cashback from TCB - 20p (ends 10th)
cashback from Mysupermarket - 20% (unsure on end date) 20p

    cheap chocolate :)

Thanks for the heads up on this and I also see quidco has the choc orange again for 4-10 dec, with 25p Cashback - so a little more time to get and a little cheaper too :j
(£1 in Tesco until 8 dec)
  • Can anyone tell me when the Clicksnap buy 6 and get £3 cashback for Phileas Fogg finished. I uploaded my receipt yesterday but Quidco said it is ineligible and to contact customer service. I know they occasionally pull deals early but when I uploaded the receipt I'm sure the finishing date was 3rd December.
I've tried to contact customer service on the contact form but there doesn't seem to be an option for 'ineligible' - only not tracked or declined etc. Anyone know how I go about it. Thanks

I thought it ended on the 3rd December also.

I can't remember as I haven't had any issues for a while. Maybe select the option declined. As it's basically the same thing. The receipt has been declined because it's ineligible.
