    I'm new to this thread and ClickSnap (though I've been using TCB's snap and save for a while). I can't see this offer on the app. Am I missing something obvious?:o

    Yes, I saw that, but I didn't know what it meant. I've just looked at the actual website for ClickSnap and still can't see it.

    I hadn't realised 'til after posting that they had offers on online (grocery) shopping aswell - I suppose that's one of the ways ClickSnap varies from TCB's Snap and Save.

    You'd have to click the 'online' tab on the clicksnap website, I've never managed to find the online only offers via the app.

  • Shopitize are generally quite fair sorting out any glitches - I'm sure the Shopitize Rep will comment tomorrow when they are back at work :question:

    Hmm- Looks like the rep is on strike. I emailed them and got this reply;

    If you have bought the box with barcode: ‘5028848015449’ -
    This package is valid; therefore, there might be other technical issues as to why you couldn’t scan the barcodes. In order to give you the valid reward for your purchase, please kindly send us a photo of your receipt, and we’ll send you the cash reward via a cheque or PayPal. If you wish to receive your reward through PayPal please provide us with your PayPal email address. If you would like to receive a cheque please provide us with your full name and postal address, then we can issue your money straight away.
    In order to resolve the potential technical issue you might have with scanning barcodes in the future, we would really appreciate it if you could also email us 1) the device with which you use Shopitize app 2) the Shopitize app version that you currently have so that we can investigate this further for you.

    If you have bought the box with barcode: ‘5028848001275’ -
    This is the new package that we didn’t have in the app previously; therefore, we will create this offer specifically for you. Please keep your receipt and kindly email us your registered Shopitize email address, and we will then be able to create a limited offer for you in the next couple of days which will allow you to successfully scan barcode and snap receipt for your cupcakes offer.

    I think the address to email them is; feedback@shopitize.com

    Hmm I wonder if I'll get cashback for doing the shopitize reps job. I doubt it.

    Any chance you could sort out a problem for me, since I sorted out a problem for you?

    I've email shopitize twice about a produce that I tried to claim cash back on on 22nd september, but it didn't redeem properly. It says under review on the app. How can I get the product to redeem properly? Or could you get customer service to respond with a solution, as I've been unsuccessful in two emails so far.
