Thanks LTF for a great thread :money: and to everyone else for contributing. Hope I can contribute too.
TCB tracked straightaway for the Walkers and the loo rolls :T. Quidco is much slower and is still showing as "processing" 2 days on, hope it tracks soon.0 -
Quidco will eventually or you'll get a message to upload again0

Thought I'd spend a great Saturday night getting to grips with these 3. Quidco &TCB both seem to have worked. Shopitize hasn't - I scanned my barcode (and the product is ticked on the app), then did my best to photograph the v. long receipt, using Stitch. The receipt area of the app on my phone says 'we're still working, 1 minute please' - and has done for over 10 mins. Meanwhile, I've been sent an e-mail saying 'you have snapped a receipt without an offer'.
Anyone else had this happen? Any suggestions? 0 -

If you can get onto a PC then log into your Shopitize account on their website. There is a 'receipts' option where you will be able to see what the app has 'read' from your receipt. You will probably see that it hasn't read the product or price correctly. There is an option to delete the receipt then you can try re- snapping and uploading again in the app. I have found this really useful to be able to see why a receipt has not been accepted.
Thank you to everyone whose advice has helped me in my desperate quest to make ends meet. x
EDIT-Back on the quest, I've been away too long!0 -

Report the receipt in the options( or something like that ) button its up at the top right on app in the iPad. Or contact them via twitter or fb they are really very pleasant and helpful. Most of my receipts seem to come through on different companies and all sorts but they have sorted it all out manually and I've already requested £8.50 ad a cheque. Won't do PayPal as you get charged by PayPal for receiving that money ( they have said they will do bacs once the demand is high enough so do ask )0 -
Can you fold the receipts please? One of these three says you can. What about the others?0

Top cashback yes no problem but quidco and shopitize no
Quidco take upto 4 photos so you can get a full long one done
Shopitize you can stitch another one on ( not sure if you can do more than one ) also shopitize you can report the receipt and send them an email with some details which helps explain what's you've done ( or when the receipt had been read wrong )0 -

So, please would someone post a link to the thread for discussing these 3 and asking questions? I searched for one unsuccessfully before posting here last evening. Maybe adding that link to the first post of this thread might be useful?0
