I have a receipt that has been under review since 31st August, far longer than the 7 days you state in your feedback message.
Also suddenly a previously accepted receipt from the 24th August has now had it's status changed to Unrecognised!

Please can you sort this out for me as currently I have little faith in using your service if this is going to continually happen.:mad:

Not sure if I'm just being thick, but I can't see my history on shopitize since the latest update, just a total amount earned. Hard to keep track on queried receipts etc if you can't see what's been awarded, or is it there somewhere..?

No answer from my "report issue" submitted on the 31st August and no response from you on this forum.
Very disappointed.
