Getting fed up with Shopitize - the cucumber is wrong (even though it's the only one available!), can't find the right chicken in either Tesco or Asda, the app has generally been very glitchy the last couple of days, and the withdrawal button is not working.

Good offers but such a faff to get them!

Some more sharwoods sauces on shopitize, sweet n sour and black bean £1 off. More rices too.
Quidco has some new good deals too on fresh fruit and veg and semi skimmed milk.
    Good shopping week. :)
  • Just to let you know that both TCB & Quidco have always been prepared to manually add cashback for purchases made during the offer period, if you've just missed submitting the receipt in time.
I emailed a receipt to shopitize, showing a product I'd bought while the offer was on, but had expired by the time I went to submit the receipt (missed it by 6.5 hours!) and I've just received their reply, saying there's nothing they can do if you haven't submitted the receipt in time. Make's me feel like I might not bother with shopitize anymore, we're all human after all, and I'm not all that keen on the "computer says no" attitude...
I don't think I can hang on til Friday...

Shopitize again you said that you would make the products avalible in all stores again u cant get the chicken from morrisons so again I missed out on the special offer next week!!!!

Hi DAWN82, we always try our best to get all the offers in as many stores as possible but sometimes there are circumstances that are out of our control. Therefore, sometimes we need to choose between not doing the offer at all or to do it in some stores. We will try to avoid this as much as we can. Thank you for your feedback and your kind understanding.

Hi Dormouse, thank you for your feedback. We completely understand your frustration when you are unable to find the offer product in your local shop. Unfortunately we have very little control on the product availability in every supermarket :( This is why we have the barcode-scanning feature in the app so that you wouldn't need to spend money on the wrong product without offer.

Regarding the withdrawal button, are you referring to the same issue that some other on forum have mentioned that you would see the download app page? Please kindly try logging out and logging in again, and this should resolve the issue. Please email us at feedback [at] shopitize [dot] com any time if you have any suggestions for us to improve the app, and we're always here to listen and improve the app to give you better experience.

    Many thanks!

Hi ernie-money, thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry that you feel this way. We're still a small company, and in order to give you and all our Shopitize community the best experience we can provide, we feel that it's important to apply the same rules for every user in order to reward all offers fairly even though it's technically possible to break this rule. We regret if this has caused you inconvenience, and we'll always do our best to make the offer detail as clear as possible.

    Thanks again,

Anyone else had an issue with the Shopitize android app when trying to "report an issue"

I click on "report an issue" then type my problem but cannot remove the keyboard layout in order to press the "report issue" button.

Hi slewts, this behaviour is native to each device, which our app cannot control. Depending on which device you have, please try the "back" or "enter" button on your phone, and the keyboard should go away to show the button :)

    Hope this helps!

Did anyone buy the rice, sauce and chicken on one receipt for shopitize last week? It said there would be a special offer this week but not worked out what it is, anyone else?
    TIA
